Iran Opens Up Mobile Phone Market

It seems everyone wants a little mobile phone service competition these days. Probably because they're annoyed with too many dropped calls from the current, state-owned, telecom provider, Iran has announced that they will soon allow one foreign company to offer mobile phone service in Iran. They say they will start with one company, and gradually add more.
