Wireless Phone Sales Ringing Slower
A new study from J.D. Power and Associates shouldn't be all that surprising to anyone in the wireless industry. It seems that users are replacing their phones at a slower rate than they were two years ago. It used to be a new phone every 16 months, but thanks to the recession, it's now every 18 months. Some are hoping that new color screens, cameras, data services, and things like bluetooth will help convince people that it's really worth it to upgrade their phones.
