A Pessimistic Day For Wireless
So, I open up Wireless Week today to see what’s going on, and every story is bad news. I guess it’s just a bad day to be without wires. First, Ericsson’s bonds have been downgraded to junk. Then, we find out that DoCoMo’s revenue is dropping like a stone. Not to be outdone, Siemens says they need to cut jobs in their handset unit. Is it any surprise that analysts are worried about the wireless industry?
