Managing Expectations

One of the biggest problems with the wirless industry is the amount of hype they create. They constantly depict a world of unlimited possibilities when most users would be satisfied with a decent signal and the ability to make a call. Don't get us wrong, we love all the cool stuff. But we don't like getting excited about the next best thing only to be dissapointed by overhype and poor execution.
