E-Commerce Companies May be in Legal Trouble

Here's an interesting one. It turns out that some of those e-commerce sites that missed out on shipping by Christmas may be in legal trouble according to some old direct mail law from the seventies. I'm sure this is exactly what those sites want to hear right now.
