Okay, this article is FUNNY. I almost don't believe it's real. It reads like a bad mockumentary. The quotes almost sound like they're out of a Spinal Tap like movie. It's an article in Salon about the business of naming companies. Doesn't sound like it would be a funny read, but go read it. There is all sorts of crazy backstabbing, hilarious quotes, and ridiculous situations. If this article appeared anywhere near April, I would insist it was an April Fools article. I'm still not convinced that this is a real story, and maybe someone's trying to create December Fools...

Whether it's real or not, it's obvious the writer had some fun with the quotes. "Would you name your own baby?" That sums up the whole industry, right there.
