Satellite TV Close to Carrying Local Channels

It's not a done deal yet, but the House passed a bill that will allow satellite TV companies to provide local channels. It sounds like there are some problems with the bill, but it should finally make AT&T cable take those extremely annoying, poorly produced, digital cable TV commercials off the air.
