eGroups, OneList Merge

Email list sites eGroups and OneList are merging. Makes a lot of sense as the two of them definitely compete with each other. I wonder what this means for the main remaining competitor, Topica. I also expect that sooner or later these sites will probably merge with some of the event planning sites like Evite, Seeuthere or Timedance.
