AOL Instant Messenger users found themselves unable to log-in for a period today. The outage only effected 10% of AIM users, but it was big news on the Net. This raises the interesting question of whether the Internet, instant messaging, email is becoming utility like in it's need for high reliability. Or, do we all just need to get lives...
