ECommerce Might Not be so Hot

Interesting article in the NYTimes, where some folks actually decided to look at changes in revenue per customer and it ain't pretty. The numbers are going down in almost every case. So, while number of customers is going up, they're spending less each. I'm not sure if this warrants a huge set of worries, but it's certainly worth noting, and watching as e-commerce becomes more mature.
