NetCoalition.com?

So nine internet companies (including many big ones) are banding together to "influence" government policy makers. They even have their own NetCoalition.com web page. How long until it, too, goes for an IPO? Actually, I'd like to see how this works out, but my initial gut feeling is that it won't work out all that well. This is a new area for these companies, and while there will be a lot of hype about it, I wouldn't be surprised to see them fighting about particular issues, and to see one or more of the companies "drop out" of the coalition at important points in time.
