USA Networks to Give Up Lycos Bid?

According to numerous reports, USA Networks has finally seen the light, and may abandon plans to buy Lycos since everyone (and we do mean everyone) thinks it's a bad deal. It will be interesting to see the fallout from this. What happens to Bob Davis? What happens to Lycos? Does someone else buy them? Breakups can be more fun to watch than mergers...
