UK Patent Office Will Handicap Your Odds In A Lawsuit For 200 Quid

With so many patent infringement lawsuits going on, and the fact that they seem to drag out for many, many years, the patent office in the UK is experimenting with a new service. You give them £200, and they quickly give you their estimate on how likely you are to prevail in any particular patent-related lawsuit. Of course, whether or not you trust the folks at the patent office on these is an open question.
