Russell Buckley over at MobHappy asked me to submit a story to the end of the year "Carnival of the Mobilists," which is an effort he helped organize to link to a bunch of different interesting blog posts about mobile technology every week. For the end of the year issue, he was looking for a "best of the year" post, which can be a daunting task. Lots of interesting people rose to the challenge, so he's got a nice mix of fascinating mobile-related stories to get your mind thinking about the industry and where it might be headed.
