Is Any Computer Crime Not Legal In The UK?

from the time-to-move dept

It looks like the UK is having a bad, bad week when it comes to fighting computer crime. Now, to add to that, experts are saying that Sony's now infamous rootkit is actually perfectly legal in the UK, because the end user license agreement reveals just enough to make it legal, and limits any legal liability to $5.
