Geeking Your Ride Goes Mainstream
from the everyone's-doing-it dept
While most in the techie world probably see all the random stories about some geek retrofitting his or her car with all sorts of funky computer equipment, it's still mostly seemed like a fringe activity. However, USA Today (about as mainstream as they get when it comes to the press) is now saying that geeking your car is becoming much more popular, with various magazines devoted to the topic. Of course, as the article notes, with questions being asked about all kinds of driver distractions how long will it be until some of these systems get outlawed as well?
