Anti-Plagiarism Tools Turned On Reporters

It seems like most anti-plagiarism tools out there have been focused on catching students copying their homework. However, with so many stories coming out over the past few years concerning reporters who plagiarize in some manner, companies making such software have found a new lucrative market: publishers trying to catch copying reporters before they get publicly embarrassed. In the meantime, though, it's still quite amazing that reporters think they can get away with such things, especially in the age of the internet.
