Microsoft Goes To Germany To Fight Spam
from the gotta-go-where-the-spammers-are dept
While Microsoft has been suing various spammers in the US, their latest move is to go international. They've apparently filed a lawsuit in Germany against a German spamming company. Here's where the story gets interesting. The guy in charge of the company claims that he's completely innocent -- and blames all of the spamming on "out of control partners" who he refuses to actually name. This wouldn't be completely out of question in the spam world, but as it's this guy's company, it seems perhaps he should have chosen his business partners more carefully.
