Qwest Says That If They Can't Have MCI, SBC Shouldn't Get Ma Bell

No surprise here, but Qwest, who is in the process of being spurned repeatedly in trying to buy MCI, has now filed an official protest against SBC's acquisition of AT&T. Of course, half the reason Qwest wants to buy MCI is because SBC buying AT&T will leave Qwest even further behind (and it's already pretty far back there).
