Another Odd Microsoft Patent, And I Ain't 'Lion'

Now when I call a woman for a blind date I can push a picture of Brad Pitt and call myself Don Juan...
Or I can screw with people and call some guy's girlfriend but push his name and picture over this system and act like I'm all drunk/wasted and break up with her...

here's an idea
An Eliza-like program that generates random ideas for patents based on currently fashionable trends in technology and society. After review (human or automatic), a selection of these ideas will be submitted to the USPTO along with the filing fee.

prior art
Most PBX systems (Asterisk included) include a privacy call screening system, where you are asked to record a message describing who you are and what your call is about if your caller ID is not recognized. Wouldn't that qualify as prior art? You are in fact communicating identifying information in the form of speech.
