It appears that tech company consolidation isn't just in the tech company space itself, but among those who analyze the tech space as well. Gartner Group has apparently decided to spend $165 million on META Group, the firm that once advised all companies to ban all cameraphones. Who knew that such bad advice could be so profitable?
