Minnesota Case Against Vonage Goes On Despite FCC Ruling

Yes, you may remember that just a week ago the FCC said that states couldn't regulate VoIP, but apparently that's not going to stop Minnesota from trying to regulate Vonage. The two parties are back in court to argue whether or not Vonage is subject to Minnesota regulations. In other words, things are still going to be quite messy in the VoIP regulation world for a while.
