Supreme Court Hangs Up On Telemarketers, Too

It looks like the Supreme Court has done the ultimate hang up on telemarketers by refusing to hear their case trying to get the "Do Not Call" list overturned. Maybe they shouldn't have submitted their case by calling up all the Justices around dinner time... In the meantime, despite predictions to the contrary by the telemarketing industry, the economy hasn't collapsed because of the list.
