How The Tea Seller Became The VoIP Seller

from the might-want-to-avoid-this-one... dept

Earlier this week an announcement from VoIP Inc. caught my attention briefly. It appeared like yet another VoIP startup wannabe, that happened to get a pretty good name for getting attention in the space -- if not much else. Light Reading, however, has the details on VoIP Inc. and how its former name just so happened to be Millennia Tea Masters. The rest of the story is complex, but rest assured it includes convicted felons, reverse mergers and lots and lots and lots of subsidiaries. Not very much actual selling of products (tea or VoIP) though.
