Google Chief Lawyer In Trouble With The SEC?
from the that-doesn't-look-good... dept
Google's General Counsel may be in a bit of trouble with the SEC after it has come to light that a prior company he worked for as CFO had some questionable accounting practices. This is the type of info you generally don't want coming public just as you prepare for an IPO. It's quite possible that it's nothing, and since he's chief counsel and not CFO for Google, he's in a different position for that company, but the accusations may at least raise a few eyebrows.
