Now that we can all communicate with each other around the world more easily using the internet, we can also fight with each other more easily. Apparently, to help solve all these disputes there's a growing number of dispute resolution services online, which mostly deal with people upset about the way their eBay transaction worked out. It sounds like some are getting fairly sophisticated, but it does raise the question of who exactly is handling the dispute resolution and how do you know they're trustworthy?
