Swiss Prefer To Be Dumb, But Healthy, And Less Well Connected

Last year, we wrote about a somewhat questionable study that suggested that 3G wireless base stations made people feel sick - but also made them smarter. Now, because of that study (which was greatly questioned once the details showed very little evidence to back up its main assertions), the Swiss government is contemplating a ban on 3G technologies. The argument, of course, is they want to make sure their citizens remain healthy, but if they really believe that study, doesn't it mean they also want their citizens to remain dumber?
