Ex-Infinium Exec Sues Company, Changes Mind

from the that-was-fast dept

The latest in the increasingly bizarre story of Infinium Labs, the gaming console company accused by some of being a fraud and a stock scam is that a former top exec at the company sued the company - but just as quickly pulled the lawsuit. The guy claimed that the company brought him in to raise money based on his reputation, and then fired him just before they did their "reverse public offering" to back into being a public company - which netted some of the top execs (but not this guy) quite a lot of money. Of course, now that the case has been pulled, the details are unlikely to come out. This company just seems to invite controversy.

    No such thing...

Haven't you commented many times in the past that there is no such thing as bad publicity?

Wouldn't surprise me if we continue to see even more bizarre stories coming out in the future.

I'm really looking forward to E3. They've rented out 8000 sq ft for the Phantom. Should prove either hilarious, pathetic, amazing or all three.

    We'll see!
