Spam And Bologna Contest For Most Outrageous 419 Email
from the first-prize?--nothing dept
Over in NY, the Consumer Protection Board seems to be having a bit of fun as they try to make people aware of 419 scam emails. They're holding a "spam and bologna" contest where they want people to submit the most outrageous examples of advance-fee 419 email scams. It's purely promotional, of course. First prize in the contest gets nothing, while second prize gets some bologna - so I guess you really want to submit the second most outrageous piece of 419 email you can find.
