Italians Banned From Using Mobile Phones

Found over at textually is the news that an Italian judge has told two men they are not to use mobile phones any more after they harassed ex-girlfriends via phone calls and SMS text messages. It's a little unclear from the article if the two men can never use mobile phones again, or if there's some sort of time limit on this.
