Spammer On The Run

Well, it looks like the big ISP lawsuits has scared at least one spammer into becoming a fugitive. The day after the lawsuits were announced, one of the named spammers transferred her property to a company that does "asset protection" for people who are being sued, and took off for parts unknown. So, my question is whether or not she's still spamming on the run?
