CNET Buys Esther Dyson

CNET has apparently bought Esther Dyson's EDVenture Holdings in a move to go upscale. They get Release 1.0 and PC Forum, along with having Esther as an "editor-at-large". It looks like CNET is trying to branch out with more offerings that people actually pay for.
