Australian ISPs Protesting DMCA-Style Takedowns
from the don't-wanna-do-it dept
A lot of people have been talking about the recent trade agreement between the US and Australia that would have Australia beef up their intellectual property to match the US's. Part of that, of course, is forcing them to implement their very own version of the DMCA, complete with the controversial notice and takedown procedure.
