The SEC is getting ready to charge them with accounting violations. How long until they come out with a new game that includes random indiscriminate killing of SEC agents?

TTWO Not Following the Standard Script
I was hoping they would start going out and suing their customers, which seems to be the latest craze.
In seriousness, I think this is actually a continuation of a previous investigation, and not anything new. The SEC found some shaky business going on at the company, and decided to look into it. They then found more evidence of shaky business practices, and decided to file an official complaint against the company. It is the same deal they got caught for last time, and they went back and restated their earnings and apologized, now the SEC is finally getting around to prosecuting the crime they already "fixed" and apologized for. Nothing to see here, move along.
