Digital Divide May Be More About Utility Than Money

A new study in the UK shows that most people have internet access if they wanted it, and that the only reason there's a "digital divide" is because some people just don't see the need for the internet. They've gotten by for many years without it, and don't really see the point. As you might expect, most of the people who felt this way are older. Almost all school-aged children use the internet - and probably can't imagine a world without it.
