It appears that mobile phone service in Russia is getting pretty competitive. One struggling carrier is advertising mobile phone service... and marijuana. Well, they're not actually advertising pot, but they're just putting pot leaves on their billboards and in their advertisements. The company claims they're not advertising drug use, they just like the look of the leaf or something... Found via MobileTracker.
