Monkey Brain Implant Controls Robotic Arm

Previously, we were a bit skeptical whether a monkey brain implant could really move a cursor on a computer screen. It looks like the work has been reproduced and slightly modified so that a monkey controls a robotic arm. Interestingly, this is being reported in a Public Library of Science (PLoS) journal which was just launched (and slashdotted).
