Minnesota Told To Stop Treating Vonage Like A Phone Company
from the is-too...-is-not... dept
It's been nearly two months since the state of Minnesota decided to use the ever-popular "looks like a duck, quacks like a duck" test to decide that Vonage must be a telephone company and told them they need to apply for a license and follow all telephone company regulations. It appears that the judge has not yet issued a full ruling explaining the decision, but is expected to by the end of the week.
