Empowering Handicapped Snakebots

from the robots-get-hurt-too dept

Robots can help disabled humans, but what happens when robots are crippled? Researchers are making snakebots that can cope with being damaged, so that they will continue to slither along and gather important (military) information. It's nice to see the evolution of snakebots on Techdirt; I'll keep an eye peeled for an article on snakebot toys that work even when kids damage them.
