Zone Labs Now Says It Will Patch Free Firewall
from the public-outcry dept
Earlier this week there was a lot of attention paid to the fact that Zone Labs, makers of the very popular ZoneAlarm personal firewall said they wouldn't fix a security hole, because they didn't think it was likely anyone would exploit it - but if people were really worried they could upgrade to the paid for version of the product. Zone Labs now says they will patch the security hole.
