Customers Report Rise In Broadband Service Levels

Funny that I come across this one on a day when my cable modem has been down all morning and the best my friends (I spoke to them for over an hour, so we must be buddies at this point) at the local cable company can do is send someone by a week from now. Apparently, no one asked to include me in this new study saying that customer service levels from broadband providers have been increasing recently. The study was done in the UK, so who knows if it applies in the US as well, but I've been having just as many problems with my connection as always. However, as some of you know, I have some special powers when it comes to causing trouble for broadband providers. I will admit that the service people these days seem friendlier than in the past, but I don't know that the service levels are actually any better.
