Convicted Murderer Wants To Read Computer Magazines

A convicted double-murderer is back in court arguing that he should have the right to read computer magazines in jail. He had subscribed to Electronic Design and PC Week, which were denied to him because they broke prison rules for "magazines that are advertising". Who knew that tech mags were contraband?
