E-mail Tax: Senator Just Speaking Off The Cuff

Lots of people started to freak out when a Senator tossed out the idea of "taxing email" in order to stop spam. It caused such an uproar that the Senator was forced to quickly come out and say he was just brainstorming outloud and has no plans to actually introduce legislation to tax email. So, calm down, everyone.
