Hackers A Bigger Threat Than Rogue Staff

For years, study after study has always said that the biggest threat to your network and IT security is a disgruntled employee with access to your systems. However, a new study says that may no longer be true. The majority of hack attacks on financial institutions are now coming from outside the company. Either this means that companies have gotten much better at guarding against internal rogue employees - or there's so much more external hacking activity that it's drowning out those scamming insiders. Either way, there's plenty of hacking going on.
