Federally Seized Site Resurfaces

Earlier this year, when the federal government went in and seized a discussion board that talked about mod chips and warez, they simply seized the domain name and not the actual site. The site has continued to operate. We had reported first how they quickly showed up at another domain name, but that didn't last long. Now, the site is apparently back up at another domain - which is not actually named in the article. I don't think it really matters. The real issue is whether or not just discussing pirating software is illegal? Even if it is, the government is going to fight a losing battle on this one. The people on these sites want to discuss this stuff, and even if you shut down their server next time, they'll just pop up on a new server somewhere else. It's time for people to realize that content doesn't go away.
