SARS And Flir Cameras
from the details,-details dept
dudeluna writes "Looks like they're going to use infrared cameras to identify possible SARS infected air travelers." This is a follow up to our story from a few weeks back about how Singapore was planning to use body scanners to check for SARS. Now we know what the technology is. The article also points out that the cameras are set to be used in many countries, including Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia and Canada to detect potential SARS patients.
