Madonna's Borderline MP3 Tactics

Over at SecurityFocus, they're wonding if Madonna's MP3 spoofing could actually be illegal, since it involved deceptive source or header information - something that the FTC is now using to go after spammers. Of course, it's unlikely that the FTC is going to take on the music industry any time soon, but it could make for some interesting lawsuits.
