from the let-the-fire-sale-begin! dept
As expected, AOL-Time Warner is getting ready to announce that they've sold off various "non-core" assets. Among the first to go, according to this reports is Comedy Central, which has apparently been sold off to rival Viacom. Next up on the list of assets to go are Court TV, some of Time Warner's music and book publishing businesses, and (of course) the three Atlanta area sports teams they own thanks to Ted Turner.
