Georgia Tries To Outlaw High Tech Peeping Toms
from the too-broad-or-much-needed? dept
The state of Georgia has realized that the technology used by "peeping toms" has advanced quite a bit in recent years, and are trying to upgrade their laws to deal with that fact. What's a little unclear is if they're criminalizing technology - or the use of that technology. Isn't it better, generally, to criminalize the result rather than the actual tools being used?
