Lawyers See Security Suit-Riddled Future

As computer security issues become more and more important, lawyers (as they're known to do) are trying to figure out who they're going to be able to sue. Since the actual perpetrators of online crimes are often difficult to track down, people are expecting all sorts of liability lawsuits for companies whose systems aren't well-secured - passing the blame on to easily identifiable targets with deeper pockets.
